These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of clearlinesolutions.io (the “Site”), operated by Stay Sharp LLC (“Clearline Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Information on the Site

The Site gives general information about window film products and our services. Product images, the interactive comparison and diagrams are simulations for illustration and do not show the exact results of any specific film. Performance figures such as UV, glare and heat reduction are “up to” values based on film manufacturer data. Actual results depend on the film, the glass, window orientation and other conditions. Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice.

2. Estimates and services

Submitting a request does not create a contract. An estimate is binding only when we give you a written quote and you accept it. Every job is governed by the written quote or agreement for that job, and those documents control if they conflict with these Terms. We check film-to-glass compatibility before we quote, but window manufacturers set their own warranty terms, and you are responsible for reviewing them.

3. Warranties

Film products are covered by the manufacturer’s written warranty, which we register in your name where the manufacturer allows. Any workmanship warranty we offer is stated in your written quote. The Site itself is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Text messaging terms

By giving us your phone number and requesting an estimate, you agree that Clearline Solutions may contact you by call or text about your request and our services, including calls made with an automated system or an artificial or AI-generated voice, and that calls may be recorded and transcribed. Our AI assistant identifies itself at the start of each call and can transfer you to a person during business hours. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To stop calls, say “stop calling” on any call or email us.

If you give us your mobile number, we may send text messages about your estimate request, appointments, job status and service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party, except service providers that send messages on our behalf.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. This includes sending spam or false requests, trying to access systems without permission, scraping the Site at scale, or uploading harmful code.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, logos and graphics belong to Stay Sharp LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Film brand names belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links

Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Sharp LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law and does not change the terms of any written agreement for work we perform.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Stay Sharp LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
